Commitment to Excellence in Cosmetic Surgery Recognised

Since 1977, the Australasian Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons (ASAPS) has been a leader in cosmetic surgery education and facilitates educational events to help Specialist Plastic Surgeons acquire new knowledge and enhance their skills to stay at the forefront of the sector.
Our 2018 ASAPS Annual Conference, held in Auckland in partnership with the New Zealand Association of Plastic Surgeons (NZAPS) and the International Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (ISAPS) focussed on better outcomes and patient safety in Fat Grafting of the breast, Fat grafting to the face, Breast Surgery and Body Contouring Surgery, Liposuction, Rhinoplasty and Facial Surgery.
Seven international experts who shared their expertise in Cosmetic Surgery included Dr Foad Nahai (USA), Dr Emmanuel Delay (France), Dr Jay Calvert (USA), Dr Nimrod Friedman (Israel), Kotaro Yoshimora (Japan), Cheung Wing Yung (Hong Kong) and Dr Onelio Garcia (USA).
ASAPS would like to thank the following Specialist Plastic Surgeons for attending the meeting and acknowledge their commitment to lifelong learning and excellence in Cosmetic Surgery. As such, all participants were awarded Continuing Professional Development (CPD) points from the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons (RACS).
