ISAPS SYMPOSIUM GOLD COAST

Following the success of last year’s inaugural ISAPS Symposium, ASAPS has once again partnered with ISAPS to convene the second ISAPS Symposium on October 6th 2016, the day prior to the Annual ASAPS Conference.

The Gold Coast is a landmark on Australia’s east coast, famed for its long sandy beaches, surfing and system of inland canals and waterways. It’s also home to multiple theme parks and the perfect destination for your family to join you while you are at the symposium.

THE FOCUS

The focus of this all day ISAPS symposium is
Facial Implants and it’s role as an adjunct in Aesthetic Facial Surgery.

Facial Implants still play an important role as an adjunct to Aesthetic and Reconstructive Facial surgery and Rhinoplasty.

This ISAPS Symposium will focus on facial anatomy, facial ageing, assessment and selection of facial implants, contemporary surgical techniques, the role of pre formed and custom designed facial implants and the use of hydroxyapatite as a permanent filler.

Today with the advent of custom made implants using sophisticated 3D printing, we have added an new edge to this surgery. 3D printing will be shown and how it is changing this area.
