Have successfully completed a fellowship in Plastic Surgery with the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons (RACS).

Are registered as Specialist Plastic Surgeons by the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) or the Medical Council of New Zealand.

The rigorous criteria for certification by the Australia and New Zealand Board of Cosmetic Plastic Surgery (ANZBCPS) is over and beyond the requirements for specialist surgical registration by AHPRA
The rigorous criteria reflects the board’s dedication to excellence in cosmetic surgery
- AHPRA Registration as a Specialist in the Recognised speciality of Plastic Surgery
- Completion of AMC accredited training in Plastic Surgery and obtaining FRACS
- Active practice in Cosmetic Surgery
- Membership of ASAPS or ASPS
- Completing the RACS CPD program by choosing RACS as CPD home
- Participation in the ANZ Board of Cosmetic Plastic Surgery’s CPD program
