Thanks Jade for your question. Fat transfer is a good procedure to increase the size of your breast instead of using breast implants. To know if you are suitable for this procedure you must have adequate amount of fat that can be harvested and transferred to the breast. It is done as a surgical procedure under anaesthetic. I would recommend you see a Specialist Plastic Surgeon close to you. Please look up the ASAPS website directory for surgeons in NSW and chose from that list.

Hi Jade, Fat grafting costs are time based; the length of the procedure depends on how much body fat a patient has, number of desired liposuction sites, and space in the breast. At 21 years old, without having had any children, it is likely you will have a tight breast skin envelope at such a young age (unless you have had major weight fluctuations) and therefore the amount of fat that can be transferred will be limited mainly by this. If more fat is placed than the breast has space for, it dies (called fat necrosis) and actually ends up with less fat graft taking. An experienced fat transfer surgeon understands at what point there is too much fat in the breast and should be able to estimate how much fat can be placed after seeing you. Generally one fat transfer will not achieve as large an augmentation as a breast implant can, however has the advantage of much smaller scars and no need for removal and replacement in the future. In patients with small breasts without much space, the procedure can be repeated if a larger size is desired.
