Disappointing result with eye surgery

Question description

I recently had what I thought was a blepharoplasty to remove excess skin from the top layer of my eyelid but I don't see the results. I was hoping that the procedure would help open up my eyes but instead it feels as though my lids are now droopy. They don't visually appear to be different, but they feel heavier to me. When I had a follow-up with my surgeon they said they were pleased with the results. My question is should I see another surgeon to have the surgery again or should I follow-up again with my original surgeon even though we seem to differ on what the intended outcome was meant to be?

Dear Elsa I am sorry to hear about your concerns. It may be an option to wait for 3 Months post surgery and seek a second opinion, as an in person consultation would be the best way to assess the problem and recommend appropriate measures Kind regards Naveen
